A major re-modelling of and extension to an existing detached house on a large site on the outskirts of Towcester.

The Client wanted a contemporary sustainable and energy efficient dwelling based on the existing house which is to be retained in its basic form but re-engineered and remodelled to suit the more contemporay extension.
